All policies are underwritten at Lloyd’s by Liberty Syndicates, who are rated A+ by Standard & Poors. The cover we provide is secure too. From year three of cover (from year one of our Commercial policy), we provide 100% risk transfer, which means that should there be a valid claim on your development, you will not be expected to return to site to carry out repairs covered by our warranty.
